I know what it's like to try every diet under the sun, commit to one workout program after another, and sign up for fitness challenges—only to find that nothing sticks long-term.

I've felt the feeling of not having the accountability and support I needed on my wellness journey. I know how it feels to feel like it's damn near impossible to juggle work life, home life, social life — while taking the best care of myself.

Meet Heather Beebe

My Secret?

​

Saying no to fad diets, calorie-crunching, and endless hours in the gym. I wholeheartedly believe that food should be an experience, as should life, and that YOUR experience can be enjoyable, especially when it's healthy.

  

I teach a balanced approach to wellness that works!

​

My signature framework provides my clients with clarity. It gives them confidence. And, of course, it delivers RESULTS. 

    

And I’m 100% sure it will do the same for you!

    

That is, IF you are ready to shut the door on those limiting beliefs and show up for YOURSELF, to create a NEW plan, to build a NEW routine, and chart a NEW path along your wellness journey.

Through my journey, I learned what balanced wellness truly means. It doesn't just mean that I have to eat well and exercise. If truth be told, it means that I find avenues for taking care of myself emotionally, spiritually, and physically.

 

I gained an understanding of how food works with my individual body and how to nourish my body and, more importantly, my soul. On top of that, I discovered that my life purpose is to help other women like you do the same.

 

I learned quickly that this requires a deep commitment to myself and a strong determination to succeed, regardless of friends and family around me who ate and lived differently. In those moments, I began channeling my inner rebel. See, it's easy to do what everyone else is doing because that is where everything feels safe. On the other hand, it takes someone brave to step out of their comfort zone and do what is right for them. 

 

Easier said than done, right? Making these intentional changes means taking a step beyond that point of decision and TRULY embracing and committing to ourselves, regardless of popular opinion, and knowing that lasting change is possible. THAT is where true wellness begins.

 

This commitment to myself got me feeling and looking the best I had ever felt and looked. My skin was healthy, my gut felt great, and people could see the transformation and told me I was glowing. And I could feel it. The crazy part is I didn't take a magic pill for this.

 

I first made mindset shifts, which allowed me to make diet and lifestyle changes that massively impacted my body positively.

My Background

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.

My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. You will develop a deeper understanding of food, wellness modalities, and lifestyle choices that work best for you, all while improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.
